Minimum System Requirements

1. Clinical Partner Network

With Clinician Live Streaming

RealizedCare’s platform is HIPAA and SOC2 certified and uses secure communication over TLS 1.2 or higher.

Local Network Performance

A minimum of a consistent and reliable 30 MBPS downstream is needed from the external facing router at the partner site to all VR headsets and all biometric devices (if present) supporting the experience.

To ensure seamless experiences, a minimum of 5 MBPS upstream is needed from all VR headsets and all biometric devices (if present) to the external partner router.

Turn Server Overview for Live Streaming

The RealizedCare platform enables live streaming of the patient experience in real time to the clinician. This provides an added capability for the clinician to monitor and engage with the patient as the encounter is unfolding.

To eliminate or minimize any need for network configuration updates (such as IP whitelisting or peer to peer connectivity) on the partner network, RealizedCare uses the Traversal Using Relay NAT, or TURN for short, approach. This secure/encrypted approach allows the sharing of the media using over UDP or TCP. The local network configuration should support streaming services via UDP and TCP.
